Alright, what did I forget? I wrote this while half-asleep and avoiding other work, so I'm sure there are things I dumbly left out. Keep in mind that these are the important things, the most Ellaran things, not just random lives of various peoples. Things that have blatantly Ellaran themes or that were definitive lives.

Website of Interest

I was clearing out my files and favourites links and came across this website I visited sometime ago. It is called Elven Realities and is particularly for those who feel fae be it now or in some past life. Makes for interesting reading.

"Angel of Music! Guide and Guardian! Grant to me your glory!"

Hey, I'm taking an Esperanto course, and this is how you say it in Esperanto:

Angelo de muziko! Gvidisto kaj gardisto! Koncedas al mi vi gloro!

Pronunciation: ahn-(hard)gel-o deh moo-zee-ko guh-vee-dee-sto ky gahr-dee-sto kon-tseh-dahs ahl mee vee glo-ro

Emphasis on the penultimate syllable. R's are trilled. E sounds like the e in "get" and A sounds like the a in "palm" and O sounds like the o in "glory".

Can anyone suggest any good boks or websites that explains the main concepts of ellara? I would love to learn more about it and then if I have further questions, pose them here.

But, I have a couple of questions I will ask now, because I would like to hear your personal responses. Do any of you feel that you have lived in more than one reality/time period? I am drawn to different worlds and time periods including the fae realm, Middle Earth (the Elves), Greek mythology and Ancient Egypt. Is it possible to have travelled within and between realms?

Also, for you who have discovered who you were specifically during a certain time period, how did that revelation come to you? If you don't mind sharing. I would love to hear your stories.

I know this might sound like a frivolous question, but do eight-rayed stars have an actual name? I don't really know how to find that sort of information out.

I have a sudden desire to post this. This, I believe, is my story. I was a Gondorian woman, whose name (as Erik said) was Cirigrima. If that's not my name, well, it is in this story, so :P. Anyway, this came to me in a surge the night after I watched RoTK, and I believe it's a memory that decided to put itself down in story form...

Hello everyone,

Wow, what a fascinating concept and community. I've always felt strongly drawn to mythical realms and particularly the elflike/faeran races. But for me I just always thought it was a fascination. But i never stopped to consider that these myths may be history. Not that I'm ready to believe that yet, but the seed has been planted and I can't wiat to read more posts in this community.

Brightest Blessings,
Alaria

Questions!

Okay, so I just read the exhaustive glossary to Regina Perditorum and then it says that I should read the Summons first, but there isn't one! And it says I have to read it before this or I'll be hopelessly lost. Which isn't hard for me. Also: could someone please explain the rest of the Cousin's stories? I've only read about Cassandra, Andromenda, Erik, Jamen, Christine and Meg. The other two, Ardeth and Sarah, I've heard nothing about. Is there anything written about them? Also, I'm interested in the Cousin's other lives--if you have any links on your livejournals or don't mind telling me about them here, I would love to hear them! And be as thorough as you can, because I like to hear things in their entirety. And one more thing--my friend is letting me read her Mists of Avalon! Huzzah.

A Fremoth-y morning

Okay, I just wanted to say that this morning I realized what it is about this girl from my sociology class that makes her so cool - she's practically from Fremoth :). Her name is Promise (which is just cool.) She lives in the vegan/environmental co-op on campus, which cooks vegan dinners four nights a week for anyone who wants to stop by. It's so cool. We're writing a paper together for sociology about women revolutionaries in El Salvador. She goes to protests a lot for stuff like homelessness and the School of the Americas. She's got this beautiful glossy brown hair and carries a bottle of herbal salve her sister makes and gives everyone as Christmas presents.
So this morning she and I caught the bus to the Quaker meeting in the next town, and I was watching the way she sat on the bus seat. (I decided years ago that Fremoth girls wouldn't be taught to cross their legs at the knee, since they never wear short skirts.) And I realized she was sitting like a Fremoth girl would, calm and stable and serene and with her knees uncrossed. She's so great. I want to be like her when I'm a senior.

Ooh! Ooh! ::waves hand about::

Question: does anyone know exactly how dimensions are separated? Were they meant to be that way, or did they split because of some occurence? Can portals open between realms without any divine will?

::puts on listening ears and waits attentively::
